PROPERTY FEATURE BROCHURE

For this project, my client requested an updated design to use as a template for their luxury property feature booklets. This real estate team continues to use this template for their weekly property feature brochures.

The final design fulfilled the luxury brief, and incorporated their existing branding for continuity.

I delivered this 4 page base template, as well as 8 page, and 16 page versions.
