SRG LISTING PRESENTATION

This 24-page listing presentation booklet was designed for Szeibert Realty Group with the goal of attracting clients to list their properties with the real estate team. The booklet provides a fresh update to the company’s existing brand identity. It is currently used by the team in client-facing situations.

I created the layout design, custom graphics, typography, and all visual assets. I created the lion head logo illustration for the front cover, establishing a bold and memorable brand presence. This project showcases my ability to execute a complete visual system from concept to print, tailored to both functional use and high-impact presentation.
